Flower Crayon Box

Debbie from Craftin' Chaos here. Life has gotten a bit chaotic for me lately. My etsy store has been super busy, my home life even more busy due to remodeling a bathroom. Please smack me in the head if I ever think I should remodel anything else in my house for the rest of my life.

We had it professionally done (thank God...my husband typically thinks I am a construction person as I have done MANY of projects with him) I told him I refused to do any more work (ok I painted the walls that is it) I said my days are done with that. My body is old and tired and its hard for my back to do anything like that anymore.

Today they are 98% done...thank you thank you...Lord knows I couldn't take anymore. I have dusted and cleaned about 5 times over from the mess from one end of the house to the other with the dust.

Ok back to crafting. So I haven't done much crafting.  Its a crayon style box that I just dressed up with some flowers with Watermelon Sorbet twine. Love this twine so much cause I love the pink and green combo. I am going to try to get back to crafting soon.

Thank you for popping in!

The shop is on vacation for a few days so I can't share the link to the twine but here is the link to the shop! The sorbet collection is very pretty you should definitely grab some. BELLA CREATIONS/TIMELESS TWINE SHOP

Bella Creationz with a super cute door knob accent or wall hanging

Hi my creative friends .. I took some time playing with timeless twine from Bella Creationz.
I wasn't sure about what the finished theme would be but love what it turned out to be.
My grand daughter would love to hang this from her bedroom door. "girls only" is the perfect sentiment and it's always a Happy Day when friends spend time together.

Starting with twine, some medium length sticks and Beacon 3-in-1 glue and your all set to create.
Glue the cross portion of the sticks and let harden.
Now tie a knot around the centre cross section.

Now the fun part. Working always to the right take the twine over the 1st post, around and down under and up ... head now to the next post.. over around down under and up.

Continue around and around until the 4 sides of posts are all full.

Now before you cut the twine tie a knot and do it again around the last post. Leave an estimated length to make the tie or loop for adhering to either a door knob or maybe you would like it to be a wall hanger which need twine to tie it up also.
Here is the finished background piece.

To decorate this piece I started with a fun Scrapbook Stamp Society digital image from Sherri Baldy which I copic coloured. Then using the Bella Creationz Stamp set stamped the Happy Day.Using the Kreaxions circle cutter I sized the image. I stamped and copic coloured the pennants.
Using a Bella Creationz doily as a background base I layered all the pieces together.
I added the Girls Only sentiment and the cute fun coloured sequins were the perfect finishing touch.

Supply List:
Bella Creationz Products: Timeless Twine
Doily:
Sequins:
Other: digital image Scrapbook Stamp Society with Sherri Baldy
Markers: Copic

Memorial Day BBQ - Tabletop Decor

Hi everyone, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs. Today challenge is "Move it Monday", which means I had to make a project that moves. Well, that challenge helped inspire my idea for creating some "spinning" pinwheels.

Memorial Day weekend is perfect for cookouts and as always that's what we do here at home. I will be putting these on my tables for the BBQ.

I used the Key Lime Sorbet twine and the Happy stamp set from Bella Creationz. The pinwheels are from Cricut, the bottles I bought at Hobby Lobby and the sticks are from an old scent diffuser that had dried out.

I needed something to keep the sticks in place so for the inside I bought "Tropical Infusion" scented Sachets that I bought at AC Moore for a buck a piece. I can't even begin to explain how amazing it smells.

Enjoy...

You can cut 4 pinwheels out of a 12 x12 double
sided paper. Use 3 in each jar, I made a total of 8 jars,
so I needed 6 sheets of patterned paper.

It's Fun Friday : Summer Mini Box

Hi it's me Padni from Paper Flavour.
So sorry for my late post but it's my first post for Fun Friday so I am not gonna miss it.
Here what I make using pretty sorbet collection from Timeless Twines!

I used a mini white box 3x3 inchs. Then I applied 6 sheets of heidi swapp papers then I decorated only 5 sides of total 6 sides. I use my fave sorbet collection and doily lace paper from Timeless Twine / Bella Creationz Shop. Its really perfect combo for this Summer Mini Box. Dont you agree?

Then I print some small pics of my baby boy then I cut them and applied on 3 sides of box with foam tapes. I also use supplies from Elle's Studio.

I hope you will make your version of Fun Friday using pretty twines from Timeless Twine.
Have a nice day, everyone!

Throwback Thursday with Timeless Twine!

Hello!  This is Cathy from Mimis Craft Corner and
I am very excited to share with
you today a card I created using

For Throwback Thursday, we ask that
you go back to your PAST craft projects and
remake them today with a few twists and turns.

Here is my Throwback from 2012

I LOVE black and white cards, but I also love this
layout.  It's a combination of patterned paper and
an insert at the bottom that I ran through
the Cuttlebug.  The two papers are separated
by a piece of ribbon.  I love this format and could
make this card over and over and it will never be the
same.  Here's my updated card for today:

I added paper from the First Edition Spring Drop paper pad.
I also used my all time fav punch of Martha Stewart to
separate the two layers.

I added some sequins and

The sequins are coming soon to

Keep in mind the Sorbet Collection is
on SALE all month!

Have a wonderful Spring day!

Hip, Hip, Hooray! It's To Die for Wednesday!

Hi, everyone!  Ashley here from Marine Wife's Scrappin' Life, and it's To Die for Wednesday here at Timeless Twine!  This month, we're using twine from the Sorbet Collection, and I chose to use Razzleberry Sorbet.  I think this is one of my favorite twine colors!

The party hat originally had cut-outs that I thought needed something, so I decided to wind my twine in the circles and half-circles for some added color.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today!  Happy scrapping!

Monochrome Monday!

Hello again and welcome to this installment of Monochrome Monday at Timeless Twine!  It's Jenni with Wish I Was Scrappin with my inspiration for Monochrome Monday!

With Spring fully upon us here in Florida and having just spent some time at the U-Pick strawberry fields with my kids, I thought this was the perfect choice!!

The stamp is from Unity Stamp Co., the paper is a very old pack that I have had tucked away!  It's by TLC.  The watermelon sorbet twine was perfect for these cute strawberries!!  The sequins are brand spankin new and don't even have a name yet!!  That's how new they are!!  Stay tuned for the name and link!  I'm sure you'll want to get some!

I used a sketch from My Favorite Things for this as well.  They have a new sketch each week, although this one is a few weeks old, I use their sketches for reference quite often!

So remember to check out Bella Creationz and Timeless Twine for all sorts of crafty goodness!!
