Gift Ideas!

Hello, hello!

I hope our US twine-tastic friends had an awesome Turkey Day!

I (Melissa) have two gift ideas for today. One is a bottle tag hanger (perfect for jazzing up water bottles for a New Year's Par-tay!) and a gift card/bag holder!

This water bottle tag hanger was SO fun to make! Can you see the sequence in the vellum envelope?
The Black Kraft twine was a perfect neutral to tie together all the fun colors!

I got my vintage on with this treat bag! The Bella Creationz shop has a ton of fun gift packaging items. Little bags, big bags, doilies, treat cups. So perfect for this time of year for little treats or to make a gift extra special!

I decided on a brown/gold/red color scheme for this project.

Christmas Treat Ideas

Debbie from Bugjuiced here. Welp it is almost that time of the year. WOWSER where did this year go and where was I when it happened! I feel like we just celebrated 2013 and its almost time to roll that over again. If only there was a way to slow things down. Heck if we are dreaming I would like to back things up about 30 years and win a lottery but that isn't going to happen.

So now onto the crafty business....

I used alot of items from BellaCreationz to make some little gifts. Just to show you a few things you can get to make just a little thank you or a stocking stuffer etc. I used mainly the Christmas colors of twine but you will see one of them I used pumpkin orange and aqua!

The Christmas papers had alot of those brighter colors in it and it went perfect with the paper. Here are my projects and I will reference all the supplies at the bottom of this post. The month of December will be bittersweet. Its our last month for the teams term. So be sure to show your support to the wonderful ladies who have been on the Timeless Twine team for this year. Check out all the projects that will be coming your way. They are bound to be good ones. This time of the year gets everyone creative.  Thanks for stopping by!

(I made this little treat holder in my silhouette program. If anyone would like
a copy of it I am happy to share just drop me a line!)

Oh Christmas

Hey Everyone!!

It's Kristy here sharing a Christmas layout with all of you! It's that time of year and I have been in the holiday spirit and thought I would get caught up (ha, ha I'll never be "caught up"), on some old Christmas photos! I just love these photos of my boys (this is only one of them) from about... mmm.. 4/5 years ago (Yes, I'm that far behind!).

Here's my layout

For this layout I used the Cherry Red Timeless Twine and in this case, less IS more!! I love how little twine I used, but it makes a BIG statement!!

Image of Cherry Red TIMELESS TWINE™

The Cherry Red Twine is PERFECT-O for Christmas projects, layouts, and cards. I also used some My Big Ideas Christmas paper that I picked up from Tuesday Morning. The paper and the Twine go perfectly together! I also used some Making Memories paint to splatter on the layout.

Thank you all for taking a peek at my layout today! I hope you all have a twine-tastic day!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thursday!!

Melisa from Melisa's Crafty Creations here with you today.  Can you believe it next week will be Thanksgiving?  I know I can't.  It all seems to be going too fast for me.  Before we know it Christmas will be here!!  I thought it would be nice to send a little something to Matthew's teacher this week since school will be out next week.

I used a white bag from Bella Creationz and embossed it with my Polka Dots Embossing folder. I put a cookie inside of the little bag before I decorated it as well.  I wish I would have taken a picture of the cookie before because it was decorated so beautifully.  (Note to self: Take picture of the cookie before.  LOL)

The leaves and sentiment shape are from the Online Silhouette Store.  The sentiment is from It's all Fall Puns from Joy's Life.  The twine is Timeless Twine's Autumn Splendor.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great Thanksgiving.

Sending Warm Wishes!

Hello and Happy Wednesday everyone, Brianna here from Happy Scrapper. Anyone who knows me, knows I love all things Christmas. I have been listening to Christmas music since before Halloween, yikes, lol. I even got all my Christmas stuff put up this weekend :) I figured I would stick with the trend and share a Christmas card with you all!

I was so excited to play with my Christmas Twist, Timeless Twine.

I think it pairs up so perfectly with my pattern paper from, PepperMint Digital paper pack 2 (digital) by Crate Paper. My sweet little image is from, Your Next Stamp, Ellie loves to skate.
I decide to make her into a shaker card that looks like she is an ornament. I added some snow glitter and red, green and translucent sequences inside of shaker.
Sentiment is from Hero Arts(all occasion messages)
Markers: Spectrum noirs, Crafters Companion

I hope you all enjoy, have a great day and I will see you all again next month!

*{Finding Joy}*

"It's that time of year...where the world falls in love,
Every song you hear seems to say,
Merry Christmas
May your New Year dreams come true...."

Mr. Sinatra this may be true for some of us...but others are trying to run in the other direction. I am one of those gooey eyed dreamers who is already seeing snowflake bokeh everywhere. I like to think that it's contagious and I can bring you to the dark side...but I know this simply isn't true.

However, don't focus on all of those lists, obligations, "to-do's", etc. Don't let them creep in and bring you down, instead look for the kind smiles, listen for the giggles of the little ones, the magic around every corner...if you're looking of course. Your time and smiles are more of a gift than anything else. People get so caught up in making this "the perfect time"...but you have to remember that perfection comes in times of imperfection..and sometimes mistakes, like the ruined cookie batter that becomes rolled cookie balls that you keep in the refrigerator...make perfection out of the imperfection and enjoy this year! That's my challenge to you this holiday season.

I used Strawberry Cupcake for this card. It was the perfect punch of color!

Remember CHOOSE JOY and have a great Tuesday!

Monogram Napkin Tags

Mandi, here with a very elegant way to dress up the Thanksgiving napkins. This way also let's people know where to sit.
I ended up using a wedding theme Cricut cartridge for the place card/ napkin ties. I love the monogram but I wanted it to pop so I used the Autumn Splendor twine and my favorite liquid glue (Glossy Accents) to trace the letter. I then just added a eyelet and tied it to the napkin with the Kraft Brown twine.
I left the backs plain so the person could write on the back of the tags of what they were thankful of that year.
