Throwback Thursday!

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here, and today is Throwback Thursday!  So first I'll share a picture of a project I previously made.  Then I'll show how I kicked it up a notch using some delicious supplies from Timeless Twine/Bella Creationz.  For today I decided to refresh some birthday gift bags I had made.  Let's take a look:

First up is this balloon gift bag.  It looks ok, right??

Now let's add some twine, sequins, and detailed stamps.....

*Taaa daaa!  Looks so much better with the twine!
*Putting star sequins added some needed bling :D

*For some fun embellishment, I used the little chevron arrows from the Oh Snap stamp set.

Up next is a monster birthday bag...

*Again, this isn't that bad (is it??!!)

Ok, let's take a look at the new and improved:

*Soooo much better!

*LOVING the dimension the twine adds!
*And that cute little monster is encouraging everyone to smile for their celebration!!!!!!!!

Click on the pictures below to grab the Timeless Twine/Bella Creationz supplies I used:

Photo Bomb Mini Album

Hi everyone, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs. Today's project is a mini album that I made for beautiful photos that my husband took of all 4 of my boys at a park, it was a Mother's Day gift to me. It's always hard to get all 4 boys together, with one living in Jersey and the other always working, it's not easy. Luckily the twins are only 15 and are still living at home.

I bought this mini album svg file from the Silhouette store- design #67735, it's 3x4 and comes with all of the tag embellishments. I used the Bella Creationz stamp set "Oh Snap", which is so perfect for this album, I pretty much used every stamp in this set. I also embellished a lot of the elements with several colors of Timeless Twine.

There's lots of space for photos and journaling... I just have to print photos and add the journaling!!! I must say, having photos of all 4 boys together was one of the best Mother's Day gift ever!!!

Tag It Tuesday - 2nd Place is SWEET!

Hi friends!!
Amber with Best Stamped Intentions back again this fine Tuesday with a "Tag It Tuesday" post for Timeless Twine.
My little 4-year old daughter just competed in her first dance competition, dancing a solo.  I had a fun idea for this spread to use a brown bag as the tag holder.
Here's the full spread:
And, here's the cute tag pocket I made.

I trimmed down the bag to the 3x4 size.  Before I stapled the front and back back together, I used Raspberry Pink Timeless Twine to stitch the cute little heart on the bag.  I then cut the picture down (I think it's like 2.5x3) to fit.  Cut some pieces of the raspberry twine, and stapled them to the back of the picture for easy-peasy removal of the tag any time I want to see her happy little face. :)
Here's close ups of left and right side:

I also used these super fun Days of the Week journaling cards, as well as a few Silver Star Sequins and stamps from the Oh, Snap! stamp set to compete the finishing touches.
Now, I want to see YOU incorporate tags into you PL albums!  As you can see, it's EASY and oh so CUTE!!
Enjoy your day!!
xoxo, Amber

Monochromatic Monday: Orange Crush!

Hello there everyone! Sophie here and orange ranks as one of my favorite colors (though I really think rainbow is my all time fav=))

So I thought it would be fun to use it as my predominant color for the monochromatic challenge today.

I used the polaroid picture frame stamp from the "Oh Snap!" stamp set to create a background and I love how graphic the result is. To add interest to the background, I decided to stamp some of the picture frames on a darker orange cardstock before adhering them to the card. This adds dimension and interest to the card. Similarly, I also added smaller squares of a different tone to the background.

Once that is done, I had a ball embellishing the card with a huge bloom from Maya Road, an orange gift tag that I matted against black cardstock for some contrast. The greeting "Happy" was stamped using stamps from the Happy Days Stamp Set. For a final touch, I sprinkled on some orange toned sequins from the Clearly Beautiful Sequins pack.

Thank you for joining me today. Hope you will try your hands at some monochromatic fun too!

PlanNERD Sunday - Fitness

Hi guys, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs. Here we are with another planNERD Sunday post. This month I started my workout program, so it was time to pull out the Plan To Be Fit stamp set. I did switch it up a bit by using the water bottle instead of the cups, which was a nice change. As you can see throughout I continue to use the PlaNERD, PlaNERD 2 and the Plan To Be Fit stamps sets.  These stamps are so much fun to play with and it helps keep my planner nice and tidy.

I love the little "Epic Day" stamp from PlanNERD 2, especially since I had 2 epic days this week, my Wedding Anniversary and Mother's Day.
I had some really nice "Me Time" this week, again using PlanNERD 2
so loving the inspiration from the Plan To Be Fit Stamps, the swirly arrow, heart and everything in between from the other stamp sets
more fitness inspiration for this coming week...always plan ahead

Shake it Up!

Hello!  This is Cathy from
I'm part of the Creative Crew for

I almost get giddy when I
see I am scheduled for
Sequin Shaker  Saturday

I love making shaker cards!  I made
this one use a die with my Cuttlebug
machine, but if you have a Silhouette
or Cricut, you can do the same thing.

I used the Sparkly Clear Sequins and
mixed in a few Martha Stewart little stars.

The background is my second attempt at
water coloring.  I still have more work to do
but it's fun trying!

I hope you try your hand
at making a shaker card soon!

They are so much fun!

Fun Friday!

Happy Friday, everyone!  Ashley here from Marine Wife's Scrappin' Life for Fun Friday.  I have to apologize first off, because I completed my projects then realized just a few moments before posting that I was supposed to use a particular stamp set this month.  I'm so sorry, guys!!!

For Fun Friday this week, I decided to make mortarboard tassels with Timeless Twine, as I needed a couple of graduation cards and had never made tassels for a card.  I think they turned out pretty cute!

It's a little hard to see, but the twine is wrapped around a black brad in the center of the "mortarboard."

Supplies Used
Black brads--stash
Cuttlebug embossing folders
Timeless Twine in Cherry Red and Tuxedo Black

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great weekend everyone!
