A Stitchy Hello!

Hello Twintastic Peeps!

Melissa here with a simple but super fun card. I picked up these dies that poke holes for hand stitching! Love!

So fun! Although time consuming (this took about an hour to stitch), I think it's so fun! And relaxing, just put a show on!

I used Raspberry Pink twine and just separated the colors (white and pink).

Gift Card Holders

Hi everyone!  Amy K. here with a fun gift project!!

The school year is ending and the need for some quick gift card holders for the teachers were in order!  I thought I'd put some of my Cherry Red Timeless Twine by Bella Creationz to work.  Using 2 strands of twine, I've wrapped these mini kraft bags and added a die cut "thank you" tag to the bow!  I picked up these mini kraft envelopes at Michael's and are perfect for tucking in a gift card!

Ampersand tutorial!

Heyyie morning guys!!

Hope the week has been good to you!:D For today, I am going to show a short tutorial on how to create your very own professional-looking stitch pattern with your Timeless Twine!:)

Materials you may need:
1. Heavy duty board
2. Paper piercer
3. Timeless Twine thread
4. Needle
5. Cardstock
6. Stencil

Firstly, use a pencil(this is done in pen for better illustration*) to trace around the stencil or any cuts (Cameo cuts work very well too).

Then, use a needle piercer to pierce through areas around the Ampersand (because the thread will form a straight line,so pierce more holes around the curves to get a smooth coverage).

And you are done!:D

A very professional looking Ampersand indeed!:)

♢♢ hello ♢♢

Hello Twine-Fanistas!

It's Amy T here with a Pennant Flap box project for you:

The box is a file from Silhouette, I used Stampin' Up Basic Gray cardstock.

It goes wonderfully with the Yellow and Gray Timeless Twine

To bring out the yellow, I die cut a hello speech bubble.

This makes for a perfect little giftie to stash some candy in for someone special.

You're a Lifesaver!

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!!

It's Kristy here today sharing this very plain and simple card with all of you. I've been going through some things lately, and I needed a card for a special person that has been there for me through it all, so this is what I came up with! I think it's perfect for those "times" when you don't have the perfect words to say.

For this card I used the Natural Twine which I love, by the way. The lifesaver is from Scraptatsical Kreations, and the paper is MME 6x6 pad (I have an crazy obsession with that baby stacks). There's one to fit every occasion and they all pair so well with the Timeless Twine

I hope you all enjoyed my card today and have a TWINETASTIC day!!

Hugs,

Kristy

Colorful Layout

Mandi, here today with a fun and colorful layout of my grandmother and brother.
I misted an argyle pattern and then outlined it in twine. I use one of these tags and altered it with stamps, mist and changed out the string with aqua blue twine

Hope you enjoyed my layout. Have a great day and if you are where it is raining or snowing stay dry and warm.
Check out my blog to see how I did the title on this page. It has more twine fun.

She has a super fabulous blog, Little Paper Sprinkles.
Don't you just love that name....makes me want to eat a cupcake!
Be sure to stop by her blog and show her some love!

Hello Crafty friend!

I am super excited to be guest designing for Timeless Twine today. I am obsessed with twine, I have so much, however I do have to say I am extremely impressed with Timeless Twine, the thickness of it is great!!

Now onto my projects! I have 3 to share with you today!

First is this adorable little card with 2 of my favorite things, Mason Jars and Butterflies! How cute are those butterflies? These are so simple to make, (sorry I didn't get pics my camera was acting up on me) all you need to create these cuties are wrap twine around a fork (same as if you are making a pom pom) tie with a different color and just fan apart and you have a butterfly!

Recipe:
Echo Park A walk in the Park Collection
Mason Jar from Silhouette Store
Pink By Design Big Thoughts

On to the the next one :) I wished I could have gotten a better pic of this on, I had to take it outside and the wind is horrific I had to grab this card 5 times, it kept blowing away! LOL
Notice the twine pom pom on top of the bow? Same way you make a butterfly, except you will cut the sides and fluff! Super simple and fun!

Recipe:
Cape Cod Twine (My fave!)
Sentiment if from Silhouette store.
papers are from my scraps :)

onto the last, I was super excited about this one. My niece has earrings all over so I decided to make a holder for her. I dug out my scraps of burlap, grabbed the hoop I bought for a quarter at a local thrift store and took some pretty twine and did some random stitching! Who needs perfect right!!?

A closeup :)
super fun, easy and cheap! :)

Thanks so much for stopping, and thank you to Stacy and Timeless Twine for letting me create with their amazing product!

*{Let Your Tuesday be Perfectly Imperfect}*

There's so much pressure these days...to have the perfect image, the perfect page, the perfect dinner, the perfect job, life, car, spouse, children, facebook page, cookie recipe, shoes, children, dogs, nails...see where I'm going with this? How can you possibly do this?!??!! The answer: you simply can't.

Repeat this to yourself: I am enough. My life is enough. It doesn't matter if it isn't a Martha Stewart print ad in a magazine. (I love Martha and I could strive my whole day away and not even come close...why? Because I was created to be me. I was wired to be the way I am, odd at times....quirky, imperfect.) Feel better now?  You should. I have a new mantra lately...given all the recent events, the craziness in this world, listening to friends who are grieving, friends who are struggling, the daily struggles we all face...besides simply being grateful that I have another day here...I need to do my best to *{MAKE IT MATTER}*...making each day your best day...or if it's a completely poopalicious day...trying to find something good in the day...and I am encouraging you to take this on in your life if you don't already. It's so easy to get caught up in something simple and making it into a ridiculous, epic episode. Life is too short. It's ok to have a messy entryway...see layout pictured below. I'm trying to relax my OCD and be imperfect.

Make it Matter ❤ Make it Matter ❤ Make it Matter

I used the awesome following twine for this layout:
