Timeless Twine Design Team 2013

Well, it is the end of 2012 and it has been a wonderful year!  I have been blessed to have had several wonderful girls design for me and I will miss them terribly, but I know that I haven't seen the last of them!  They have been great to work with and made amazing projects using Timeless Twine.  Love you ladies and thank you for all of your support!!!

It was very challenging to select from soooo many talented ladies.  Originally I was going to add 4 new twine-istas, but ended up adding 11 to the two returning ladies.  I am super excited to announce the new Timeless Twine Design Team for 2013.  These "Twine-istas" are fabulous and I look forward to working with them through out the year.  Please be sure to stop by each ladies blog to show some love!!!!

Twine HEARTS ❤ ❤

Good Morning and Happy Day.. Annette here with you today with some fun twine hearts. I just love to use my die's with the twine. Really makes for fun cut outs. I just glued down the twine with Martha Stewart all purpose gel glue and let it dry. Within 10 minutes I had these cute hearts. Not much to this card but don't you just love it. Those twine hearts really make the card.
On this card I used the Timeless Twine

You can view all the colors on Timeless Twine website HERE.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed today's post.

Have a wonderful day.

Twine-tastic Ornament

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here.  While I'm excited to be sharing another Timeless Twine design team project with you, I'm also sad as this is my last post as a design team member :(

Thank you so much to Stacy for being so generous with us, and being such a nice "boss"!  And thanks to the rest of the design team for making this team fun and giving me so many twine ideas :OD

Ok, and now onto my project!  I saw this idea on Pinterest, and thought it looked so cool I wanted to give it a try.  I checked out a few blogs for some tips and tricks on how to do this.  (If you're interested in trying this too, just search for twine ornaments on Pinterest.)  Some things I learned are to 1-use a hot glue gun, and 2- use a low heat, small tip glue gun!  Now let's take a look at my ornament:

*Timeless Twine - Cherry Red twine
*ornament from the Dollar Tree
*low heat glue gun

Taaa daaa!  I used an ornament that was the same color as my twine to help cover up where it might peek through.

I hope you liked my project!  This was a little out of my comfort zone, but I was happy with how it turned out :)  I'm so happy I got a chance to play with this beautiful twine this past year, and can't wait to see what's created with Timeless Twine in 2013.  TFL, and have a twine-tastic day!

A Twiney Thank You

Hello Twineaholics!
It's Kathy, from Kathy and Kids, and today is my last day to share as a member of the design team :(

Thank You to Stacy for being so sweet and generous, Thank You to the rest of the designers for your friendships and support, and Thank You to all you Twineaholics for all the sweet comments!
For my last project, I wanted to make to make a "Thank You" card.
I love all the bright colors and the possibilities to create with twine are endless!

Supplies:
Recollections "Jolly Holiday" stack patterned paper
"Reverse Wonky" Spellbinders
PBD "Giant Greetings" sentiment
quick dry paper glue
button
and lots and lots of Timeless Twine!

For the sentiment, I first stamped it in a light color, then I cut small pieces of twine and used a quick dry paper to ahere the small pieces.  I find that quick dry glue is a necessity when creating with twine!
Thanks again for all the Twinetastic fun in 2012!

Bills Football Thank You Card

It's Cristina From Crafting with Cristina

I just wanted to share with you a fun card that I made using Timeless Twine

So I have a really good friend of mine who is a huge Bills fan, so when I needed a Thank you Card for her and her husband, I knew I wanted  it to be a fun sporty card.

This is the card I made

DSCN1942

I made some Background paper  by tiling the Bills football logo over and over and some Stamps.

I finished the card with some stickles, embossing, and of course timeless twine.

I was sending this card in an envelope and I wanted to Cut the bulk without (postage costs) without cutting the cuteness

I hope you like this card.

have a fantastic Friday.

Too Cool!

Good Morning Twine Friends... Annette here with you today to share a simple and sweet card. I just love how the colors of the Timeless Twine pull the entire card together. I like to add a lot or a little of twine on each of my cards just because I love the look. Today I am sharing how you can frame your image and even use it to separate your different designs.
I used Raspberry Pink and Bubble Gum Pink on this card.
You can find these colors in the Bella Creationz online store HERE

Vintage Gift Wrap

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here, and I'm excited to be sharing another Timeless Twine design team project with you :O)  Since I have 4 young kids, I always tend to wrap things geared for the "younger generation".  I decided to try wrapping a gift with an "adult" vibe to it.

Although my mom know's why she ends up with presents in Elmo wrapping paper, I thought I'd give her a treat this year!  (Plus she's always drooled over the gorgeous twine in my projects!)  Here's how it turned out:

*Timeless Twine - Black Kraft twine
*Art Philosophy  Cricut cartridge
*Papercrafting World - vintage graphic
*kraft wrapping paper (from the Dollar Tree)
*Stampin' Up! - Cranberry Crisp ink, Chocolate Chip ink (for inking around the gift)
*vintage button from my stash
*dark brown cardstock, dark red cardstock - from my stash

*I also inked the edges of the gift with the cranberry, and chocolate chip ink for a little punch to the kraft wrapping paper.

*This vintage flower button was the perfect touch for this color scheme :)

I hope you liked my project!  This was a little out of my comfort zone, but I was happy with how it turned out :)

Don't forget, Timeless Twine is having a design team call!  You can find out all the details HERE.  TFL, and have a twine-tastic day!
