Sequin Shaker Saturday

Hi Bev here today with the a Sequin Shaker that is just too cute.... and easy to make.
along with Scrapbooking Stamp Society products to create my Sequin Shaker.

Supply List:
Plastic (shaped) cover left over from a purchase. Mine is the container to rolled foam.
There are many other options from toys and many other household purchases.
Paper for background - Paper House Nature PP-0036
Centre image, sticker or sentiment depending on theme of the shaker. Scrapbook Stamp Society/Sherri Baldy My-Besties 1" bottlecap Images
Ink: Tim Holtz ranger
Glue: Beacon 3-in-1
Other: flowers

Here is my plastic cover from rolled foam purchase.

Estimate the circular size of background base, make the paper slightly smaller
and estimate the image size. Precute them all.

Adhere the paper to background base. Ink all edges for depth.
The centre of my plastic is going to be glued down tight on image so
loosely place the sequins in the outer edge without going into outer band where
the plastic cover will be glued on top.

The glue for mine is on the outer white edge to keep the sequins in but also
added glue to outer white edge of image where it was flat and I didn't
want the image to be covered with sequins.
This will all be different if you use a full open plastic cover. (alter to suit your own person piece)

I used many rounds of twine which I glued on and tied a bow.

In the close up you can see things better and also note the fun floral accents used to finish it off.
Wouldn't this be cute hanging on a wall or from the door knob of a little girls room.

Thanks for visiting..  come again.... please.
