I am thrilled to introduce our first guest designer of 2013.
Karen of Craftily Yours is so sweet and I love her style.
I am sure you will love her work as much as I do.

I'm SO excited to be featured as a guest designer on the Timeless Twine
blog today. I had such a great time playing with the Timeless Twine-y
goodness...and I hope you enjoy the projects I made and that you are
inspired to play with your Timeless Twine too!
First, I played with Timeless Twine Cape Cod. This twine screams sunny days at the water. My husband and I are boat enthusiasts, and the sentiment on this card is perfect for him. Even when we aren't boating, my husband loves to sit on the boat at the pier, have an adult beverage (or two) and watch the water go by.

Even when we aren't boating, my husband loves to sit on the boat at the pier, have an adult beverage (or two) and watch the water go by.
Next, I used Timeless Twine Bubblegum Pink and Lemonade Yellow to dress up this tri-fold birthday card for my mom. My mom is one of my best friends and my biggest fan, so I'm sure she'll get a kick out of seeing the birthday card she received featured on the blog. ("Hi Mom!") I adore the little double bow I tied around the flower image. So sweet!!
And
speaking of double bows....what better way to dress up a $1 bin frame
than to add some paper, Mod Podge and Timeless Twine - this time in Cape Cod and Lemonade Yellow.
And finally, I upcycled an old box from the garage to make a holder for my Liquid Pearls. I got this idea from a crafty friend, Michele. It's so helpful with Liquid Pearls and Stickles to store them upside down to avoid getting air bubbles in them. The upside down holders are expensive....and plain. All I did for this is to take some old packing material and make the frame inside. Then, I covered it with paper and lots of Mod Podge. Wrapping aqua blue and lemonade yellow twine around the outside not only makes it super pretty, but it helps to make the box sturdier. Add a flower and some pins with hot glue, and this is what you get!
I enjoyed my crafty-time as a Twine-ista-for-the-day!
Craftily yours,
Karen
