St. Pat's "Lucky" Treat Box

Hi everyone, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs, hope you are having a good day.  For todays challenge at Timeless Twine it's - 3D Thursday. I have been working on some St. Patrick's Day projects and decided I would make some treat boxes using some Olive Green twine.

We totally enjoy St. Pat's Day and even though my little leprechauns aren't so little anymore, I still make them goodie bags!

This box is easy to assemble, it's from the Silhouette store #56050. I used the shamrock embossing folder for the box and part of the bow, which is also from the Silhouette store #55681. The clover is from the "Create a Critter 2" Cricut cartridge.

Just fill in with your favorite treats... and have a great St. Patrick's Day!!!

Enjoy...

Have a great day!!!

Because She's Happy - Happy Hump Day by Amber

Happy Hump Day, friends!

Amber from Best Stamped Intentions at your service.
I've created a fun {HAPPY} Hump Day project for today's blog post.

What makes me {HAPPY}?
My little girl does, so what better way to celebrate that than to share a spread with you that I created for her 4 year old birthday pictures.

I wanted to keep this LO very simple because I wanted the pictures to do most of the talking.

I LOVE this "Because She's Happy" card because of how the "happy" border around 2 of the edges turned out.  These PlanNerd stamps are PERFECT for adding borders!!

I used the "Happy Days" stamps to make the "happy" border around the "Because She's Happy" card, and the PlanNerd stamps for the hearts on the "Love" card.  I also used "Bubblegum Pink" twine for an extra complimentary pop of color.

What makes you {HAPPY}?  I'd love to know!!

xoxo, Amber

Move It Monday Slider Card

Debbie here from Craftin' Chaos and it is "Move it Monday" so we are to make something with movement in it. I struggled all day with mojo and then I decided I would make a slider card because I love them so. I do have an obsession with Hippos and this is something to do with my daughter. We have always collected them so I was thinking about some of the cute hippos we have in our collection.

We both love pink and so I used some cute pink papers from my friend Brianna (love her!) and they were from various paper collections she sent me. I believe these were from Dear Lizzy. I also used some fabulous papertrey ink paper my friend Kim sent me...man I have some awesome friends right!

Papertrey ink paper is such a great weight. I don't like the way it cuts in my cameo necessarily to use all the time but to use it with dies is AWESOME!

I used a lawn fawn die set (Stitched journal card) to get this cute little banner flags and hearts.

Sequins are from Bella Creationz and I just grabbed from a mixture. I used Bubblegum Pink twine. I also used the "happy" from the Happy Days Stamp set to stamp the letters on the banner.

And to make it more sparkly (although you might miss it) Wink of Stella Clear Glitter pen.

The Hippo is from Miss Kates Cuttables.

Sequin/Shaker Saturday

Ashley here from Marine Wife's Scrappin' Life for Sequin/Shaker Saturday!  Shaker cards are ones I LOVE but have always struggled with.

For this card, I used the no-bulk shaker card technique from Jennifer McGuire, which can be viewed on her YouTube channel here.

I'd never stamped on acetate before, but I think I really like the look!

Fun Friday with Me and Him

It's FINALLY Friday!  Whoop!  Karen N here from Craftily Yours with a Fun Friday project.  Love the weekends cuz I get to spend extra time with my fella.  I decided to take a pic of the two of us at Christmas and turn it into a "mini" ish that I could put on my desk at work.  Here's what I did:

I used the fabulous Natural White Timeless Twine to tie together the two sides of my frame and to add a border to the picture.  And of course, no project is complete without a double bow.  haha
I added some of the pretty Bella Creationz Christmas Sequins to the left side of the frame.

Hope all of you lovelies have a terrific weekend!!

Craftily yours,

Karen

Throw Back Thursday!

Today is my turn at Throw Back Thursday!  Hello again, it's me Jenni with Wish I Was Scrappin!

Take a project from a previous time and re-make it!!  I had so much fun with this task!!  To look back through some of the cards and projects that I have made in the past and try to figure out which needed a makeover!  I've chosen an Easter card that I made last year.  The top picture is the makeover, the bottom was the original!

The newly created card was done with My Minds Eye Quite Contrary - Jack and Jill paper, Timeless Twine in Lemonade Yellow and Bella Creationz sequins in Clearly Beautiful!  I used a Unity Stamp Co. set (some bunny thinking of you) and followed a sketch at My Favorite Things!  I absolutely LOVE the newest version!

Love You, Friend.

It's Wednesday, and this is Julie from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers. Today is "To Die for Wednesday." The goal is to use a die cut somewhere on the project.  I used 5, for good measure!
The image and sentiment are a stamp set from Unity Stamp Co.  I colored the image with colored pencils -- something new for me. Once that was done, the die cutting began.  I cut out the image with a Spellbinders label die, then placed it on another Spellbinder die.  The feathers and ribbon slide are also Spellbinders dies. Papers are all from Close To My Heart. The image was printed on Canson Mi Tiente paper.
I used Timeless Twine in Olive Green to wrap around the feathers and through the ribbon slide, along with some crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl JAM.

Tag it Tuesday : Loved

Hi, how are you guys?
Padni is here and I want to share with you what I made for Tag it Tuesday using pretty Tuxedo Black twines from Timeless Twine. I love to make a single page 12x12 layoust.  I used supplies from Timeless Twine, Crate Paper, Webster Pages, October Afternoon and Maggie Holmes. I put the three-tags on the layout and then I used Timeless Twine as the title of the page. Here is my layout below.

Playing with Timeless Twine is a fun time for me. I love the end result and using twine as the page title is my first time experience. I hope you will try too to make page title using twines from Timeless Twine. Surely it will give you a great result. Here is the twine I used :

Have a happy scrapping time with Timeless Twine products! See you soon guys on my next blog posting.

Monochromatic Monday with a POP of Green!

March!  Yippee -- in Indiana we can
start thinking GREEN!
Hello this is Cathy from Mimi's Craft Corner
and I'm designing today for
Timeless Twine and Bella Creationz.

St. Patty's Day is just around
the corner, so in it's honor
I made a set of my favorite 3x3 cards.

Keeping with the Monochromatic Challenge, my
white card base is 6x3 along with another
layer of white cut at 2 7/8 x 2 7/8.
I ran that layer through my Cuttlebug for
some dimension.

I added a shamrock die cut and sentiment
from My Creative Time.  The sentiment
is stamped on a small label that I
cut with my Silhouette.  Just a hint, I cut
out an entire 12x12 sheet of 4 different
sizes of labels in white.  I have them in a
little photo box and can reach for them anytime
I need something special.

I did ink around very lightly with Tim Holtz
Distress ink on the label to make it stand out.

To finish off my card, I added

I can't get enough of these
You cannot believe how many projects you
will get out of your packet!

The Olive Green Twine is on SALE!
Don't wait on this one.  This is a staple
color you will use time and time again!

Thank you for stopping by!
I will be back shortly with another fun
post for Planner Sunday!  Don't miss it!

I'm loving my planners - yes I have more than one!
