Twine-tastic Ornament

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here.  While I'm excited to be sharing another Timeless Twine design team project with you, I'm also sad as this is my last post as a design team member :(

Thank you so much to Stacy for being so generous with us, and being such a nice "boss"!  And thanks to the rest of the design team for making this team fun and giving me so many twine ideas :OD

Ok, and now onto my project!  I saw this idea on Pinterest, and thought it looked so cool I wanted to give it a try.  I checked out a few blogs for some tips and tricks on how to do this.  (If you're interested in trying this too, just search for twine ornaments on Pinterest.)  Some things I learned are to 1-use a hot glue gun, and 2- use a low heat, small tip glue gun!  Now let's take a look at my ornament:

*Timeless Twine - Cherry Red twine
*ornament from the Dollar Tree
*low heat glue gun

Taaa daaa!  I used an ornament that was the same color as my twine to help cover up where it might peek through.

I hope you liked my project!  This was a little out of my comfort zone, but I was happy with how it turned out :)  I'm so happy I got a chance to play with this beautiful twine this past year, and can't wait to see what's created with Timeless Twine in 2013.  TFL, and have a twine-tastic day!

Great project Jenny!! Sad to see the day has came but we will all still remain friends and in touch. Its great to get to connect with people the way we can now since we all live so far apart!
