❤{Celebrate ALL the Moments}❤

I will always be an advocate of celebrating the ordinary. It's in these moments, you create memories, find joy, fall in love a little more and heal your soul. Mother's Day was recently, and while my family made it a special day, it was also in an ordinary moment that I captured who Paddy and Mack are "in the moment" and who they are growing to be.

Paddy is quickly becoming a teenager. I think about this and wonder how time went so quickly. Mack is hitting double digits and each day her strength and confidence amazes and inspires me. They are just simply amazing. I know that word gets so overused these days, I simply don't have another adjective that fits them at the moment.

I used some fantastic tags from Bella Creationz & Cherry Red and Olive Green twine from the always fabulous Timeless Twine to document this everyday moment.

❤{Choose Happy} ❤

There's so much chaos and noise in this life. It's super easy to get caught up in it. It's easy to feel weighted, heavy, just overall down. You have to choose happy. You have to make the choice to put it all away for a little bit and do something uplifting. We did that. We took the kids to the beach and just enjoyed the day. No pressures, no expectations, just hanging out, the four of us, our little family unit. We have to make the most of these short little lives. It's hard somedays, some days are just a flat out struggle, but as the saying goes, it's up to you to find happiness in each day. Choose  HAPPY❤ even when it's hard.

I created a layout about the beach.  I have so many great pictures of the day. I couldn't wait to scrap them. I used Bubblegum Pink, Lemonade Yellow, Aqua Blue and some awesome sequins...all of which you can pick up at the Etsy Store!

☆♡{A Stitch With Twine}♡☆

It's Thursday and time for me to share another Timeless Twine post with you.

Easter has already come and admist all of the celebrating, there are two goofy dogs who love hard boiled eggs.

Much to their dismay, Daddy and Paddy ate the two cracked eggs that were reserved for them. Not to be outdone, Cinna and Meg skulked around the kitchen, skimming the countertops with sniffy noses..hoping to catch wind of the eggs.

These goofy dogs were soon banished so that anual egg coloring could commence. The picture in the layout displays hope filled, pouting dogs...the latter being the funniest part of all.

It's all about the title on this layout. This is a fun way to make a big impact. You can add a personal touch to your layouts, using your own handwriting.

The first thing you need to do is write out what you'd like to get across..whether it's a word, a phrase, a number, etc.

The next step is to use a paper piercer and pierce what you wrote out. You know what comes next of course, stitching it. That's the lengthy part, but it's worth it.

You can stitch it right onto the page, card, etc. or do what I did and use a separate piece of paper and then later adhere it to your project.

Check out the layout and the twine ♡ I used Graphite Gray to stitch the title, you can find it by clicking *{HERE}*

*{Timeless Twine Thursday?}*

This is new for me, usually I am bringing you Timeless Twine posts on Tuesdays..my eye may be twitching as I type this. I am so used to bringing you Timeless Twine on Tuesdays that this seems weird and foreign to me. I will prevail through the post though, with sunshine and smiles.

The neat thing about this post is that you will notice that each day, there's something new for you on the blog...switching things up a bit always brings a freshness, an enthusiasm, a mojo if you will.

I created a layout for this post highlighting how a some simple stitches can make a lot of impact. Sometimes, less is in fact more.
Mackenzie...where do I begin? She is amazing, despite at times, being slightly scary and terribly aloof. Nor is she afraid to let you know just how awesome she is. As you can see...she is better than you, it is now documented forever, for everyone to take note. ❤

I wanted to post a close up for you as well.

❤★{Signs of Spring}★❤

I know no one believes me, but *{SPRING}* is coming! It's here! I promise! I'm seeing little signs everywhere...like Easter dresses in stores, buds on trees, occasional flip flops, Peeps...and pollen, random weird bugs and daylight, longer than 5 pm.

I created this layout just for the occasion, Cinna smelled the signs of spring the other day on a car ride and I just happened to capture her sweet face! Thanks for taking a look!! ❤

I used Pumpkin Orange and Bubblegum Pink on this layout. You can find these twines and tons more stuff at Bella Creationz Etsy Shop!

❅❤{Love, Love, Love with Timeless Twine}❤❅

I know many of my friends are so completely tired of snow and winter...but living in Georgia, we don't get much variation in weather...it's usually sunny, warm, stifiling. When it snows, I become a complete 8 year old nerd and circle around in my driveway as the snow falls on me, like Maria in the Sound of Music, except it's the suburbs and I can't sing and I'm not pretty like Julie Andrews.
Luckily for me, my children see nothing wrong with this and appreciate that I am a perpetual 8 year old. My mom, happily accepts my texts of snowmen and lets me know it's ok that I'm a nerd. ❤ My friends, secretly think I'm insane and Karl has long since accepted that I'm just odd.

I probably took 120+ pictures of three inches of snow. I shoveled my driveway for the first time in over 5 years. I did this with great glee. My neighbors in Michigan used to think I was a maniac because shoveling was therapeutic for me and I had "the cleanest driveway in all the land".

I created this layout with great glee. Disclaimer note: This was before Patrick started chucking snowballs at Mackenzie. This was also before Mackenzie hit Karl in the ear with a snowball causing him to walk it off and her to cry because she felt bad.
Dude, we're the Griswolds. ❤

All month long, TIMELESS TWINE is bringing you a ❤LOVE❤FILLED❤ month of posts and inspiration. This layout came together so easy, I was filled with inspiration and literally loved creating it.
I used Cherry Red Timeless Twine, which can be found in the Bella Creationz Etsy Shop. There are so many awesome things besides twine that you can create with!

*{Simply Put, You Are Love}*

February is all about Valentines and love.

Every day I am thankful that my kids are crazy, full of life and slightly sassy. There are days when I am caught off guard  and think to myself, "Was this because I whined a lot when I was little? Or because I colored on the brick fireplace grout with crayons? Maybe it was all the times I thought it would be a good idea to eat the bar soap in the bathroom?" There are so many moments though, that cancel these thoughts out. Even in the most difficult of times, like Snowmageddon 2014 Georgia Addition, Mackenzie makes it magical. We walked home three miles in the snow, uphill, literally. She was ready, after a warm bath of course, to play in the snow.

I created this layout using Aqua Blue and the new release Simply White!

❤{"News" to Me!}❤

Hi! Happy Tuesday! It's my day to deliver some "news' to you here at Timeless Twine..are you ready?
Ok here it is: There's 25 days until Valentine's Day!

I know, I know...it's too soon and all that, yadda, yadda, yadda...but I'm telling you as a pro-procrastinator (see how I did that?) it's never to early to make a few cards!

Isn't that crazy!?!?! It's already almost another holiday! That's why I'm helping to inspire you by getting a jumpstart on Valentine's Day cards and greetings. I created this card just for this post:

Here's a close up of some of the details, I'm a giver like that:

★•••{Here's to a Brand New Year!}•••★

I'm so excited to begin another term as a Twine-ista!
It's 2014...and it's pretty cold. The kids, who are happily stir crazy, are enjoying an extended vacation due the Polar Vortex. Thanks Polar Vortex for helping me avoid reality. I have been happily creating away in my pajamas, listening to the sounds of video games and giggling siblings in the background.

Our transition to 2014 was a bit rough, while others were out celebrating, 3/4 of us in no particular order...fighting a major headache, fighting a major sinus eye headache complete with vomiting and nursing a fat lip and sore face brought about by a basketball to the face. The other 1/4 took care of everyone and was the recipient of skunk eyes from two dogs who couldn't shove their way up onto the couch...also documenting the fact that clearly, no one was going to make it to 2014.

I created this layout, continuing our theme of "NEW" for January.

Here's a close up of some of the twiney goodness that is Timeless Twine:

I used Graphite Gray & Bubblegum Pink :

Have a fabulous Tuesday and look for more great ideas from our Twine-istas!!

★{Peppermint Sticks & Sparkling Spun Sugar}★

When I was little, my Auntie Catherine and Uncle Jim gave me one of the best gifts I ever received...The Nutcracker Suite album. Not only was it The Nutcracker Suite, it was a dual fold album with a centerfold of magical enchantment. I was instantly transported. I also received a Nutcracker book from Auntie Catherine and Uncle Jim, the year was 1981. This book is one of my very favorites because of the illustrations.

The funny thing is....I don't know that Auntie understands the impact this gift has had...each year much to my parents simultaneous delight and dismay...I performed the entire Nutcracker Suite in front of our fireplace hearth. I danced my wee heart out from the start of the overture to the final waltz. My Mom clapped with gusto in all the right places and my Dad doing his best to stay awake, they were amazingly wonderful parents. ❤

I was listening to The Nutcracker Suite today as I do every year, my creations today are a reflection of that.

Here's a close up of some of the details:

I used Cherry Red and Natural White - these and other groovy things can be found over at Bella Creationz!

Have a sweet Tuesday friends. Enjoy the magic of the season.
