Quick Christmas Bag

Debbie here from Craftin' Chaos and I again am running low on time. We have had alot going on at our house this week. New carpets went in and we had to move 3 bedrooms and a large living room full of carpet and to save money we ripped up the old ones also so it was a total of 5 days work for us to do that and move the furniture back in. Then the holidays in which I hosted so I had loads of cooking to do and just when I thought I could relax the hubs tells me we need to bathe and groom the dogs so that was a 3+ hours of work right there. NOW I think I can maybe take a small breather before we prepare to go on a trip to Las Vegas.

So I made this really quick and simple gift bag. I bought these gold and silver foiled papers at Michaels and I love them and they were all 70% off. I should have bought more of them. The quality of the paper is quite nice and I love its so blingy!

This silver was so pretty with the almost charcoal grey looking background that I knew I would use a non traditional color of twine on it cause the black just makes it look that much more elegant.

I used the solid black twine and popped a few jingle bells on them. I cut the little shaped tag from the silhouette store and since the paper is slick I used Staz On to make sure there would be no smearing. Some inks never dry well when on slick paper so this was the best ink to use.

I love this new Holiday sentiment set from Bella Creationz. I hope she does more of these big brush type scripts cause they are really nice. Stop over and grab the set you will not regret it.

The bag was a cut file from Svgcuttingfiles.com
