Autum Splendor Picture Frame

Amber with Best Stamped Intentions here with an Autumn Splendor picture frame.

October is officially my favorite month.

Well, next to April but that's for a whole other reason. :)

Sweaters. Hot drinks.  Cold air.

And CUTE little kids to take pictures of at the pumpkin patch.

I saw this cute little frame on Pinterest and I knew I needed to make one.

Get a piece of wood, wrap your favorite twine (I used Timeless Twine's Autumn Splendor) around it so you can slip a picture through it.  Embellish as you see fit!  I like it because I can update the picture in it each year, or you can make it with 1 picture permanently on it.

Oh, did I mention that this fabulous fall twine is on sale for $2.25/roll??

Well, it is. :)  So go buy some!!

Leaf it to me

Debbie here from Craftin' Chaos. Our theme the rest of the month is Halloween or fall and we are to use Autumn Splendor which is on sale for $2.25 a roll!!! A roll people not a little bit a whole roll!! So I wanted to make a fall themed card. Weird a bit cause I am such a halloween lover but I wanted to use these cute little leaf dies.

So I just cut out several of the leaves in several different colors. Distress inked the edges, added the autumn splendor twine and a cute tag with a sentiment and it was a done deal. The paper I thought went perfect with the colors I wanted to use. I wish I could have done a cute shaped card but my time is pretty thin right now and I had to just go with a simple shape and used a corner rounder. I think it is still ok.

Don't forget to stop over and grab some of the twine cause I mean for $2.25 for that many yards is crazy cheap!!

Fall Down Under

Hi there Sophie here! Is it Autumn already? I love this season, especially all the wonderful colors around. While I might not be able to enjoy this season here in Singapore, I remember with immense fondness all the autumns we had while living in Australia. I thought it was only timely to scrap this photo I have of the capital city - Canberra during Fall.

I love the colors in these Bo Bunny papers that I have kept for some time and decided that they matched my photo perfectly. Because of all the patterns on the paper, I kept my page fairly simple, choosing to really embellish the flower bloom with some equally yummy Autumn Splendor twine. I think the addition of twine on a page brings to the layout a certain texture and added softness.

I added some other embellishments and a sprinkling of sequins to tie everything together. And my page was completed.

Thank you for taking the time to join me today. I hope you have a wonderful time this fall and if you are thinking of getting some of those gorgeous Autumn Splendor twine, now is the time to do so, especially since they are now going for just $2.25 a roll!

Have fun! AND here's a head's up - these yummy twines are going at an unbelievable price! Do check them out!

Sweet Harvest Mason Jar

Hi everyone, Maria here from Maria Lina's Creative Designs. For today's project I made a cute mason jar that's perfect for the "harvest" time of year. I used the "Autumn Splendor" twine around the lid, pretty papers from Simple Stories "Pumpkin Spice" paper pack and enamel dots.

The svg file can be found in the Silhouette store, design# 65656. The lid cover is meant to be used with fabric, but I decided to use paper instead...you will have to wet the paper until it becomes soft, so it can easily bend around the lid top, gently tie it, then let it dry. Fabric is much easier, but I really wanted to use the pattern from the paper.

Enjoy...

I put a tea light inside, but it can be filled with anything, something scented like pot pourri or something sweet t0 eat, like cookies!

PlanNERD Sunday: October Monthly Page

Salutations! Sophie here. We are right past the middle of October and I can tell you that I am counting down to the last few days before baby #3 makes an appearance in our household. Your guess is as good as mine as to whether he/she will be an October end or early November baby. Nonetheless, my planner is really getting a workout these days, as I write down all sorts of stuff we need to get done before sleepless nights make a comeback again=)

I love Autumn and for this month, I found it fun to have leaves cascading down my pages and to demarcate each day's box, I used a banner stamp to do so. I like how using different inks add so much to contributing the right feel here.

I used the Autumn Splendor twine here as a color inspiration for these pages and by simply adhering some of the twine to a couple of leaves, I have the perfect embellishment for these pages!

Thanks for joining me and I hope you have a delightful Autumn! AND here's a head's up - these yummy twines are going at an unbelievable price! Do check them out!

Also, Autumn Splendor twine is going at $2.25 a roll. My oh my!

Halloween Candle Holder

Happy Friday, friends!

It's Amber again, up on the Timeless Twine/Bella Creationz blog with a festive candle holder for Halloween.

Before I show you my creation, just wanted to let ya'll know that these fabulous Halloween colors are ON SALE!!  $4.50 for a spool.  They're so much fun to play with, and you can find them all HERE!!

Now, for the feature presentation:

I took a vase that I already had, and bought some candy corn and white candle, as well as some fun burlap.  After I secured the burlap in place, I simply wrapped the Solid Black twine around it.

My daughter kept saying "that's SO STINKING cute!" when she saw the finished project. :)

Happy Haunting!

Lil' Pumpkins

Are you all ready for Halloween? Hi there! Sophie here and today, I'm sharing a quick and easy way to get into action for the festivities without having to slave for hours. Here are some little pumpkin treat bags that are fast and easy to create:

To create these, I filled my kraft bags with some yummy candies and twisted the tops tight. I adhered some green washi tape to these, before tying on some twine in the colors of Halloween. Should you be pressed for time, you can stop right there and these would still be a cute. I went a step further and embellished these, just to up the fun factor.

Hope you have a great time crafting for this holiday! AND here's a head's up - these yummy twines are going at an unbelievable price! Do check them out!
