Happy Tuesday, Everyone!!
It's Kristy here from Scraptastical Kreations today, and well, if you can believe it, we're only 2 days away from Halloween and that means it's time to kick the treat making into high gear. So, today I'm sharing with all of you a cute, fun and SUPER simple way to dress up some candy treats (lollipops).
Here is my spooky lollipop cover
I bought the Tootsie Pops from the Dollar Tree - the package that has (about) 8 in the package that are all in one package. I split that package up into 4 each. I used some twine to bundle the 4 together underneath the bag. The whole package of 8 was a tid bit too big for the bag to fit over, so I had to go ahead and split them. But, that's ok because I was able to get two of these out of one package and both of my boys will LOVE them!
For the ghost I used the small white kraft bags. I drew the face on the bag and I crumpled the bag up because I wanted the "distressed" look. Then to finish it off I used the Tuxedo Black and Pumpkin Orange (how fitting for Halloween, huh?) to tie the bottom of the bag closed.
Here are the items I used (click on the picture to get yours!!)
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek at my project today. I hope you all have a twine-tastic day!!

ReplyDeleteI hope your boys enjoy their Tootsie Pops, but only after enjoying the cute scary ghost. The pumpkin and Tuxedo twines look beautiful together. Great idea!
